Payment Methods  
Knotting Hillbilly accepts Credit Card, Afterpay, Paypal and gift-cards issued from this store by Shopify or Knotting Hillbilly.

Terms of Sale 
Knotting Hillbilly does not refund or exchange items due to a change of mind. All orders are final. Upon delivery of your order, if you notice a problem please contact me within 7 days of delivery. After this time Knotting Hillbilly does not accept responsibility for any adjustment of orders.

Any items for return must be shipped (with tracking, at your own expense) to PO Box 445 Herberton, QLD 4887 within 2 days of arranging the return. Do not send items without prior arrangement. If an item is not returned in its original condition, any refund will be forfeited  

Sale Purchases
All orders made during sale periods are final. There is no return on sale goods. 

Discount Codes
Only one Discount Code can be used at the checkout per transaction. In "Sale" times, automatic discount codes may be in place and automatically applied at the checkout so other Discount Codes will not be able to be used at the same time.

Shipping 
All orders are generally prepared and sent with 1-2 Business days but if your order contains items that need to be measured, made or you have ordered a DIY Kit, it may take an extra time for your items to be posted.

Shipping is available Australia Wide and to New Zealand. These orders are shipped by Australia Post using trackable Standard or Express Post, depending on which ever you select at the check out. 

Shipping is available to other countries but you will need to contact me with a list of your intended purchases (screenshot of your cart), your location and a quotation will be supplied.

Free shipping for orders within Australia & New Zealand only applies to orders up to 5kg and over $150. Orders over 5kg can still receive a discount on their shipping fees.To receive this discount, just place multiple orders under 5kg. If you prefer, please send an email to knottinghillbilly@gmail.com and I will organise it for you. The "SHIPFREE" or "SHIPFREENZ" Discount codes cant be used with any other discount codes.

Collection of Goods
Free Delivery is available in the Cairns, Mareeba and Atherton areas. Contact me to find out more.

Rewards Program
Join the Rewards program and you will earn points for every $ you spend with Knotting Hillbilly. You can then use these points to redeem reward $$ off your orders.

Just look for the small orange icon in the bottom right hand corner of each page and click on it. Click the "Join Now" button to sign up and get 200 points just for joining! Return to this icon anytime you want to check your points balance or redeem a reward.
